Payment:

Payments may be made by check, cash, money order or Pay Pal and a receipt will be provided. If a payment plan is requested, we will discuss changes in terms, rates, and payment due dates. I believe that everyone should have the availability to attend a childbirth class or hire a doula, so please let me know if you need an additional payment option.

Doula Services

Birth Doula

The birth doula service fee of $650.00 is to be paid as follows:

• $50.00 as a retainer fee, due when you select me as your doula
• $300.00 due by your 40th week of pregnancy
• $300.00 due within two weeks after the birth of the baby

Postpartum Doula

Postpartum doula services are charged at an hourly rate of $20 an hour during the day and $25.00 an hour during the night. The first 4 hours are due in advance or on the date of service. Additional service hours will be due on a weekly basis, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Additional Services Upon Request

• Customized In-home Education- ideal for moms on bed rest or unable to easily get away from home
• Customized Birth Plans/Postpartum Plans- We’ll discuss options and customize to fit your needs
• Lending Library- Borrow books or birthing balls for use at home
• Comfort Measures Class- Information on comfort measures for all 4 trimesters (including postpartum).
• Gift Certificates- Wonderful for pregnancy congratulations or for baby showers
