 All classes are subject to availability. All prices include the pregnant mom and a birth support person. The maximum number of couples in a class is 10. Snacks will be provided at all classes, but please bring food with you if you will need a meal. Handout information will also be provided for the client to take home with them.  Early Pregnancy Class: $40
This class is designed for pregnant woman in their 1st or 2nd trimester, or for those who have recently found out that they are pregnant. This two hour class covers a wide range of information in regards to your pregnancy. Along with offering valuable resources and helpful information, it also provides applicable knowledge that you will be able to draw from throughout your pregnancy. Discussion topics include comfort measures for pregnancy, birth options, nutrition, getting to know your baby in the womb, local resources, and much more. Childbirth Education Class: $95This 6 hour class is offered in three parts on weeknights or in the full day format on the weekend. It is ideal for the 2nd or 3rd trimester. This is a complete childbirth preparation class and will cover in depth: pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum, and the newborn stages. There will be demonstrations, discussions, videos and the opportunity for questions and interactions. The class encompasses a broad range of information and provides a well rounded look at each of these important areas so that the client will be able to choose which options will suit their needs the best. This class is ideal for those who want more than just a medical experience, and who want to have the knowledge to personalize their journey of birth.  Sibling Classes: $40
This 1 hour session is specifically designed to assist children in the understanding and acceptance of a new baby. The class gets the whole family involved in the learning process and gently helps siblings to prepare for the arrival of a newborn. It uses fun and interactive teaching techniques to help siblings realize their individual roles in the welcoming of a new family member. In-Home Customized Childbirth Classes: $120This class is ideal for those who can not easily get to a scheduled class for any reason such as other children, bed rest, schedule conflicts, etc… or for those who prefer to learn in the comfort of their own home. I will come to you and customize the information that you receive based on your personal needs. The class can be taken in two sessions or one and will provide in depth information and demonstration regarding the areas of pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum and newborn care.
